By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Andy G’s Auto Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT & RESERVATIONS
No service will be performed without Client agreement to these Terms.
Service time estimates are approximate and may vary due to vehicle condition, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Appointments are confirmed the day prior to service.
2. VEHICLE PREPARATION & PERSONAL PROPERTY
Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle prior to service.
Items left in the vehicle are left at the Client’s risk.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Child safety seats, boosters, and related equipment will not be removed.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical, electrical, or sensor issues.
3. VEHICLE CONDITION & DOCUMENTATION
Photos and/or video may be taken before and after service for documentation.
Client grants permission for images or video of the vehicle to be used for marketing, advertising, website, or social media purposes.
Detailing services may reveal pre-existing defects such as scratches, paint failure, cracked trim, or worn upholstery.
4. SERVICE QUALITY & LIMITATIONS
Client must inspect the vehicle upon completion.
Any concerns must be addressed immediately.
Once the vehicle leaves the service location, Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for unreported concerns.
No service guarantees restoration to original manufacturer condition.
Certain stains, odors, pet hair, sand, or embedded debris may not be fully removable.
Ceramic coating services require a separate Ceramic Coating Service Agreement.
5. PRICING, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Website pricing is an estimate and not a final quote.
Final pricing is determined upon visual inspection.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book services.
Remaining balance is due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, check, and Zelle.
Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice or the deposit is forfeited.
Vehicles not picked up upon completion are subject to a $50 per day storage fee.
6. LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client confirms the vehicle is insured as required by law.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or system failures before or after service.
Company is not liable for damage caused by normal vehicle movement unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Andy G’s Auto Detailing from all claims.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including weather, power outages, equipment failure, or acts of God.
8. MOBILE DETAILING ADDENDUM
This section applies to services performed at locations other than our facility.
Client must provide a safe, legal, and accessible service location.
Access to water and/or electricity may be required unless otherwise agreed.
Services are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, grass, or surrounding property.
All liability limitations apply equally to mobile detailing services.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
