Andy G’s Auto Detailing strives to provide you with the best detailing experience possible, and we thank you for choosing us. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a service appointment. These policies ensure clarity and a smooth experience for both our customers and our team.
Agreement Details, Reservations, and Vehicle Preparation
All customers must sign a Service Agreement before any work begins.
The estimated time for each service is approximate and may vary depending on vehicle condition or unforeseen delays. We will contact you the day before your appointment to confirm your reservation and verify weather conditions.
Please remove all personal belongings and loose items from your vehicle, including compartments and consoles. Any remaining items will be placed in a bag and left inside your vehicle. Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of items left in the vehicle.
Due to safety regulations, we do not remove car seats, boosters, or other child safety equipment. Customers must remove these items prior to their service. If they remain in the vehicle, we will clean around them to the best of our ability.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not liable for any damage or defects that existed prior to drop-off.
Photos and/or videos will be taken before and after service to document the vehicle’s condition. With your consent, these images may be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
Service Quality
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before leaving our premises. Once the vehicle departs, Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any issues not mentioned during the final inspection.
While we aim to deliver the highest level of service, we cannot guarantee full restoration to factory condition—especially for heavily soiled carpets, deep stains, odors, pet hair, sand, or aged interior components.
A separate Ceramic Coating Service Agreement must be completed for all ceramic coating services, detailing warranty, maintenance, and care guidelines.
Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
Prices on our website are for reference only and may vary depending on vehicle condition and customer requests.
Final pricing will be determined after an in-person inspection at the time of drop-off and is valid for up to five (5) days, provided the vehicle condition remains unchanged.
Any additional services or changes must be approved by Andy G’s Auto Detailing before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust prices if services differ from the original estimate.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking any detailing service. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Accepted payments: Cash, Credit Card, Check (payable to Andy G’s Auto Detailing), Zelle (732-434-8119).
Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Vehicles not picked up upon completion are subject to a $50 per day storage fee.
Loss or Damages
The vehicle owner, renter, or borrower must maintain valid motor vehicle insurance that covers physical damage. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not be held liable for damage under any circumstances.
Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from vehicle use or operation by the owner or any individual not employed by Andy G’s Auto Detailing.
Ceramic Coating Service Agreement
All ceramic coating services require a separate Ceramic Coating Service Agreement, provided in paper form. This document must be signed and dated by the customer prior to the start of any ceramic coating work.
